After bowel movements, change your baby’s diaper. Always keep his diaper area clean.

Apart from cleaning the baby’s genitals and changing diapers, make sure he/she is getting adequate formula or breastmilk (whatever you’re providing). Also, make sure that your hands are always clean while tending to him/her.
