Hi apu! Your baby is probably having 4-month sleep regression. It’s a common phenomenon and it shall pass very soon.

Since your baby isn’t sick but not sleeping properly, he must be going through 4-month sleep regression. You shouldn’t worry about it. Try to form a bedtime routine and get him used to it.

Are you sure that your baby is being well-fed? Sometimes they may act this way if they feel hungry in the middle of the night. So, try feeding your baby if they’re having trouble falling asleep.
