5 fun Indoor Activities you can do with your toddler
As soon as the child is born, his/her intellectual development starts with the playful activities. A child may start getting educated at school, but real learning about the world starts beforehand. Puzzle games

Touch and feel
This is another interesting game for your toddler which your child will love a lot. You can familiarise your baby with a lot of things while playing this game. First, gently tie a cloth around your baby’s eye. Then tell your baby to feel the things you hold in front of them and identify what they are. This is a great way to help your baby learn his/her fruit and vegetables among many other things. This reduces the need for your baby to memorize things separately. You can introduce a point system and give a prize to your baby if they identify properly to make things more interesting.
Play-dough sets
Play-dough has become more popular among toddlers nowadays. A play-dough set may have different colors, so kids can get familiar with colors very spontaneously if they play with it. Play-dough sets also have different gadgets which can be a great deal of fun for your toddler. Different shapes of fruit, flowers, animals and even foods can be formed using play-dough sets. It is soft, so it can be molded into different shapes using fingers and plastic molds. This gives toddlers a basic understanding of how matter changes physically with some pressure. You can also use this time to teach your toddler the basics of things like mathematics and alphabets.
Paintings with colors
This is one of the most traditional yet fun things to do for your toddler. Every parent wants their child to express his/her feelings to the fullest. Letting your child paint is one of the best ways you can make that happen. Give your baby non toxic colors or crayons to play. They may start off by making a mess of things, but with time, they will learn how to work with colors. You can also join your child while they color, they will surely enjoy your company.
